The cover is made from 100% natural cotton. It has a zip, what means the cover can be washed and aired and the fill can be replaced or you can add or take out some of it.

Spelt husks are a biological product and contain 80% silicic acid that has a beneficial effect on our well-being. The husks are very flexible and that is why the pillow maintains its anatomic shape. Plus, they massage the backbone in the region of the neck.

The pillow filled with spelt is manly characterized as being well breathable and as preventing the development of dust mites.
