One of the
subprojects of the entire Trebnik mansion project is the
Dynamic centre for education, training and employment.
It was founded in 2001 as a result of identified condition
and the demand of human resources development.
Its primary objectives and responsibilities are:
DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES, TRAINING AND SCHOOLING OF ESPECIALY
THOSE SKILLS AND PROFESSIONS THAT ARE NOT OFFERED BY THE
TRADITIONAL EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM, BUT ARE DEMANDED BY
TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT AND THE HUMAN RESOURCES MARKET.
During this time we have successfully organized and
implemented numerous workshops and educational programmes.
At first we entered the market of �new skills� as providers
of education within the framework of PHARE, however at the
same time we have developed our own, brand new programs.

EUROPEAN DAY AT THE TREBNIK MANSION

RELAXATION WORKSHOP - "Effective control of stress
and the art of relaxation�, �Workshop for the personal
growth of women� and �Yoga - harmony of body and soul� which
were organized in collaboration with the well known
psychologist, Mrs. Elen Ur�i� from the company Libertas from
Celje.
We have
taken the advantage of all capacities which are in our
disposal; natural (herbal gallery, ecological polygon),
cultural and room possibilities (available seminar
facilities).We have analyzed the needs of economy and the
human resources market and then, with the help of external �
local and foreign � collaborators and experts, we reshaped
them into real projects, educational modules for adults
which include a variety of professions and interests, for
employed or unemployed individuals, from urban or rural
environment.
Since it is crucial that education and learning take place
early in one�s life, we have also developed PROGRAMMES
FOR PRESCHOOL AND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CHILDREN, which are
constantly subject to improvements and complementation.
While doing so, we try to be as innovating as possible,
creating and presenting all current topics (nature,
environment, ecology) and problems of the modern world, and
at the same time remain firm with our initial intention - to
enrich and complete the offer of the traditional educational
system.
We also
developed the contents of
QUICK, COMMERCE ORIENTED EDUCATIONAL MODULES TO ENSURE
THE DYNAMIC DEMAND OF WORKFORCE IN THE ECONOMY,
whose objective is to encourage self-initiation, self-esteem
and entrepreneurship of young people. Our goal is the result
of the analysis of the economy and the employment strategies;
a well known problem.

We also develop
the DYNAMIC CENTER OF EDUCATION,
TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT, which will surely reach
its goals in the set period of time.
In the context of all this, an educational module called
"PRODUCER AND DESIGNER OF WEBPAGES"
took place, and it was the first project of it�s kind in the
framework of our Dynamic centre, which was later followed by
the following educational modules:
- "WEB VENDOR"
- "IT EQUIPMENT MANAGER"
- "PROCESS EQUIPMENT MANAGER"
The latest addition to our facilities is a new computer room,
where 6 computers are available during the working hours,
FREE OF CHARGE. The computers are net - connected and
all have access to Internet.

As you can see, our educational programs are dynamic, fast,
innovating, but above all, which is the most important, they
are oriented towards the future and designed for individuals
of all life stages (children, youth, adults) � we want to
offer individuals the possibility to gain knowledge that
will improve his quality of life, awareness, cultural and
civilization level in order to preserve the cultural
tradition and national identity, cohabitation of different
cultures and protection of environment �
