You receive the products that are in stock within 14 days of receiving your order. The ordered products are delivered at once or in partial deliveries. If a certain product is not available or is out of stock, the order is cancelled or changed by another, equivalent product with the prior notification sent to the costumer. If the seller cannot acquire the ordered products within 3 months the order is cancelled. The seller encloses an invoice and other documents provided by law with the shipment unless the buyer has already received the documents. When delivered, ordered goods can be received by any person living at the stated address.
Minimal amount of your order should be 5€.
We reserve the right to the deviation of photos from the real products. If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them unused within 14 days at the address:

Goods need to be packed in the original packaging. We will return you the money for the returned goods within 30 days via postal money order.

The buyer covers the entire shipping costs, including 1.14 € for redeeming the goods.
Methods of payment
All prices in the catalogue are in EUROS. For the goods delivered to legal persons an invoice is issued with the value date 30 days from the date written on the invoice. In certain cases an advanced payment is demanded for delivered goods. In this case the costumer is informed of that in advance. The buyer – natural person covers the payment in cash when receiving the goods. If the buyer is late in paying, he needs to pay the statutory interests for late payment and the reminders costs which should not be higher than the interests for late payment.
Conditions validity
These conditions become valid on the day of their approval. Our terms and conditions can be found on web page www.trebnik.com. The purchase contract is concluded when the seller receives the order unless the seller informs the buyer about the unavailability of a certain product as soon as possible or if he does not accept the order. Buyer’s rights
If you are not satisfied with a product you can send it back unused within 14 days at the address: Dvorec Trebnik, Grajska 4, 3210 Slovenske Konjice. The product needs to have all the original labels on it and needs to be packed in the original packaging. It should be sent as a packet shipment without redemption. The seller returns your payments within 30 days of receiving the notification of withdrawal. If the buyer unduly returns the product, the seller keeps it and the buyer covers all the costs incurred. The buyer returns the product in the original packaging along with all the enclosed documents.

Protection of personal data
The buyer allows the seller to use his personal data for statistics purposes and for dispatching adverts. The seller can save personal data for 5 years.
