The programme is intended for the education of children up to the age of 12.

The goal of the programme is to represent the children the importance of healthy way of life and healthy diet in a playful and child-friendly way.

Number of entertainers:

~ up to 30 persons: three entertainers

~ up to 60 persons:  four entertainers

 

Description of the programme:

A group is welcomed by courtiers of Trebnik Mansion dressed in traditional castle clothes and then taken to the kitchenette, where children are shown how our grandmothers and grandfathers used to cook.

Then a creative workshop with the topic “healthy way of life” takes place, where children are – through the game – represented a healthy diet. Along with entertainers, children are taught to prepare delicious curd spreads with various herbs. Children can decorate cotton kitchen aprons or cotton slippers with paintings and take them home.

If wanted, the presentation of Herb gallery, herb garden and the mansion's particularities take place. During the discussion, children are presented various herbs, their characteristics and their usage in everyday life.
