Description of the programme:
A group is welcomed by courtiers of Trebnik Mansion dressed in traditional castle clothes.
The mansion's particularities are represented and children are taken to Herb Gallery. In a pleasant room full of herbal plants a creative workshop takes place with the topic “ecology and beekeeping.” Children create colourful flowers and bees from textile materials.
Then they visit the Beekeeping farm Žvikart, where the beekeeper takes the children to the mysterious world of bees through his rich practical knowledge and experience. He presents them the healing power of bee products and the work and duties of a beekeeper.
The main stress in terms of the representation of bees' world is put on the environmental pollution influence, on the weakness of bees and also on the quality of people's habitat.
