General terms of Dvorec Trebnik’s online shop
General terms define the use of the Dvorec Trebnik’s online shop’s website and the relations between buyers and Dvorec Trebnik’s online shop. In order to be able to use Dvorec Trebnik’s online shop the registered user needs to agree with the contents of general terms. In case of the modification of the General terms of Dvorec Trebnik’s online shop, Mercator IP, d.o.o. is obliged to inform all the buyers of it.
Registration
In order to use Dvorec Trebnik’s online shop, the user account’s registration is needed. The user account of each registered user of Dvorec Trebnik’s online shop (later on the buyer) enables him:
- to order products – purchase,
- to check the existing purchases – purchase history section,
- to correct and cancel the issued orders – purchase history section.
The buyer warrants that the data in the user account is real and accurate. The buyer is obliged to update all changes of data in the user account on his own. This is done in the “personal settings” section.
Personal data protection
The buyer agrees that Mercator IP, d.o.o. collects, uses and processes the personal data from the buyer’s user account. Mercator IP, d.o.o. undertakes to handle the buyer’s personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and to use and process it exclusively for the purpose of improving and introducing new services at Dvorec Trebnik’s online shop. The protection of personal data is described in details in the section Privacy of Dvorec Trebnik’s online shop’s users.
Safety of online shopping
Mercator IP, d.o.o. ensures a safe use of Dvorec Trebnik’s online shop with the combination of various safety mechanisms:

Ordering
At Dvorec Trebnik’s online shop the buyer can choose the products from the catalogue of Dvorec Trebnik’s online shop that are categorized in product groups. To make searching for a specific product easier, the buyer can use a built-in search engine that conducts the search by individual words. The buyer orders a product in three steps. Already issued orders can be corrected or cancelled under "purchase history", but only while the status of the order is still "not processed". The buyer’s withdrawal from the order with no particular reason is handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (for natural persons) and the Code of Obligations (for legal persons). Mercator IP, d.o.o. reserves the right to verify every buyer at the first order made via a phone call to the number stated in the buyer’s user account.
Prices of products
All prices in the catalogue are in EUROS, inclusive of VAT. VAT is charged at the standard SI rate - currently 22 %, for food 9,5 %.
We endeavour to ensure that our prices on the website are accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the right to increase prices due to circumstances outside of our control. In this event, you will be contacted and given the option to cancel or amend your order prior to your payment being processed.
The buyer pays the goods in the prices that are valid on the day of the order.
The buyer covers the entire shipping costs, including the cost for redeeming the goods, according to carriers pricelist.
The payment of ordered products
The buyer – natural person can cover the payment in advance via proforma invoice or in cash when receiving the goods.
You will receive a order confirmation on your e-mail address which you specified in your application form after a confirmation of order. THe order confirmation includes link to proforma invoice with payment data.
For the goods delivered to legal persons an invoice is issued with the value date 30 days from the date written on the invoice. If the buyer is late in paying, he needs to pay statutory interests for late payment and reminders costs which should not be higher than interests for late payment.In certain cases an advanced payment is demanded for delivered goods. In this case a costumer is informed of that in advance.
For international deliveries only preliminary payment via proforma invoice is possible.
Delivery
You receive the products that are in stock within 14 days of receiving your order. The ordered products are delivered at once or in partial deliveries. If a certain product is not available or is out of stock, the order is cancelled or changed by another, equivalent product with the prior notification sent to the costumer. If the seller cannot acquire the ordered products within 3 months the order is cancelled. The seller encloses an invoice and other documents provided by law with the shipment unless the buyer has already received the documents. When delivered, ordered goods can be received by any person living at the stated address.

Minimal amount of your order should be 5€. The minimum order value for customers outside the EU customs territory is 150 €.
Return of goods
We reserve the right to the deviation of photos from the real products. If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them unused within 14 days. We will return you the money for the returned goods within 30 days via postal money order. Details can be found in section

Final provision
These general terms of Dvorec Trebnik’s online shop enter into force on 1 December 2013. On this day the current general terms of Dvorec Trebnik’s online shop cease to be in force.
